Well here I am, finally on a blog. I’ve been avoiding this for a while, still unsure of the whole ”blog protocol,” trying to evade this confusing setup process, this awkward first encounter. Nevertheless, here we are, thrust together by the Internet-search powers that be, the google-effect as I like to call it. Now I’m in: I’m obligated.
I suppose this means I have to keep writing, which has been a struggle for the past few post-college years. Often, I compose what I believe to be the most brilliant collection of prose in my head and when the time comes to actually write it down, I’m at a loss. First of all, I know I’ll never get it just right and second, I am completely overwhelmed by my own genius… or something like that.
The purpose of this blog is not strictly professional, but it is not entirely for personal gain, either. The purpose is to link the professional with the personal, to track how the two collide and acquiesce as we navigate through the days. Specifically highlighted by my adventures both sitting at my desk at Infiniti of Greenwich and more frequently (I hope!), my travels on the road.
As my loyal readers (you don’t know you are yet, but you will find out soon enough) and customers alike, I want to hear what you want to hear. About the dealership, driving, the auto industry or my own brilliant musings, or whatever else lights your fire. Naturally, the next course of action is to subscribe to my blog and comment without abandon and to suggest all of your friends, relatives, boyfriends, girlfriends and one night stands do the same. In the meantime, happy motoring!

B-Dizzle?? That’s really mature. Who are these people posting to your blog? I concur with Stamford and Son that your first entry is insightful and I can’t wait to hear more of what’s to come
Keep up the great work Rachael.
I find your first entry to be both insightful and articulate and I look forward to checking in on your many misadventures. Well done.
That is all.
I think your blog is fantastic! I can’t wait to hear what is to come. Tell more. When is the next update? This is so exciting!
Sounds good so far… What are your travel plans?
Truly a an inspiring blog. You show great enthusiasm for life, your dog, and for your boyfriend, don’t know if that is the right order. Keep the adventures coming, Infiniti should give you several cars to drive around America for the infinite experience. Anyway, keep them coming.
Happy Motoring! RLW
